Is there staff on site?
Yes, the management team lives there.

 

Do you have locked gates?
No. We allow you access from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm every day. After 9:00 pm you MUST contact us via text, phone or email to notify us who is on the property.

 

Can I have a garage sale?
Yes, one weekend per year.

 

Do I provide my own lock?
There is no need to provide your own lock. Our special roll-up doors have a tamper proof locking system. We will provide you with one or two keys that cannot be duplicated.

 

Do you take credit and debit cards?
Yes. However this is for one-off transactions only.  If you are out of town and want to secure a storage unit BEFORE you arrive you may use this option.  It requires a conversation with us first. See our credit/debit card authorization agreement.

When is my rent due?
Your rent is due each month on the 1st.

 

Do you require a deposit?
No. However, there is an on-time, move-in setup fee.  This is non-refundable. It covers administrative paperwork, your lock, key(s) and cleanout service after you leave.

 

What is the length of my contract?
The minimum rental period is one month. Rent is set up on a month-to-month basis.

 

Do you send out statements?
No, we don’t mail out statements.

 

What is the accepted form of payment?
We use the safest form of payment for our reoccurring monthly rent transactions – ACH bank-to-bank transfer.  We will provide the direct bank withdrawal ACH payment authorization form when you complete your storage rental in person.

 

Do you charge late fees?
Yes, there is a late fee of $15 for rents not received by the 5th of the month. If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, accounts incur an additional $20.00 fee.

 

Do the units have heat and electricity?
No.
